Your coffee is freshly roasted when you place an order. Unlike many other coffee roasters and online sites, we roast our coffee daily so that it is fresh. When you order, your coffee will be roasted and shipped the next business day to ensure you receive the freshest coffee possible. Other roasters pre-package or vacuum-seal their coffee; those coffees have been roasted days or even weeks in advance! Our coffee is heat-sealed in a valve bag, and here's why.

When coffee is freshly roasted, it releases carbon dioxide for up to 48 hours. If we vacuum-seal fresh coffee immediately after roasting, the bag will explode because there is no way for the carbon dioxide to escape. Each bag has a valve that only lets air flow one way. It releases carbon dioxide without allowing any outside air to come into the bag, so your coffee is guaranteed to be absolutely fresh.

What is your shipping policy?

We continue to run promotions online and provide information on those promotions in our promotions page. We also run sales and discounts weekly and that is displayed on our front page in the sliding banner.

Where can I get a discount?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover (debit or credit cards). We do not accept CODs, cash, or money orders.

What are your payment options?

Gift certificates are available in amounts ranging from $25 to $150, and are only available to purchase on the website. CoffeeAM gift certificates can be used towards any purchase on the site, including the first installment to our coffee club. However, subsequent payments can only be processed with other acceptable payment methods. To purchase a gift certificate please click here.

Do you offer gift certificates?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 15 days of receiving the item, and ship back at least 80% of the opened product to us to receive a refund less the shipping and handling charges incurred. Your return must be received back in our warehouse within 30 days of the date it was delivered to you.

*Jamaica Blue Mountain Estate or Hawaii Kona Estate coffees may be subject to a 15% restocking fee at the time of return; this is determined on a case-by-case basis.

What is CoffeeAM's return policy?

In order to redeem your Rewards points, you'll need to follow these steps BEFORE checking out:
1. Click on the rewards icon on the lower right-hand side of our website.
2. Click on "Ways to Redeem" option.
3. Then you should see at least "Redeem Your Points" with a way to retrieve a $5 coupon for 100 points. Click on that to get a coupon that will give you a discount during your checkout.
4. Use the coupon by adding the coupon code to a coupon field during checkout.
