What is CoffeeAM's return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 15 days of receiving the item, and ship back at least 80% of the opened product to us to receive a refund less the shipping and handling charges incurred. Your return must be received back in our warehouse within 30 days of the date it was delivered to you.
*Jamaica Blue Mountain Estate or Hawaii Kona Estate coffees may be subject to a 15% restocking fee at the time of return; this is determined on a case-by-case basis.
